2. What this app is used for
HedgerVPN Creator Tools is used by an authorized operator to upload videos to a creator-owned YouTube channel, set video metadata, and optionally publish a first comment on uploaded videos.
3. Google and YouTube data we access
The app accesses only the data and permissions necessary to perform the approved workflow, including:
- YouTube upload authorization needed to upload videos to the authenticated channel.
- YouTube channel authorization needed to publish a first comment when that feature is enabled.
- Video metadata entered by the operator, such as title, description, tags, language, audience setting, and privacy status.
- Upload result data such as timestamps, filenames, YouTube video IDs, and error messages for local logging and retry control.
4. How we use data
- To authenticate the authorized channel owner or operator.
- To upload videos to YouTube on behalf of the authenticated user.
- To publish an optional first comment when explicitly configured.
- To keep local logs that help avoid duplicate uploads and track failures.
5. How data is stored
OAuth tokens and upload logs are stored locally on an operator-controlled machine used for publishing. Uploaded video files and metadata are processed only for the purpose of publishing the content selected by the operator.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell Google or YouTube user data. Data is shared only with Google and YouTube to the extent necessary to perform the requested upload and publishing actions.
7. Data retention
- OAuth tokens are retained until revoked, replaced, or deleted.
- Upload logs are retained only as long as needed for operational tracking and duplicate prevention.
- If a user requests deletion of stored authorized data, we will delete it within 7 calendar days where applicable.

Users can revoke the app's access in their Google account permissions settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
9. Requesting deletion
To request deletion of locally stored data associated with this app, email artgusev53@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My HedgerVPN Creator Tools Data. See the Data Deletion Instructions page for details.
10. Changes to this policy
